1. Introduction

At MEXAROSSA, we strive to deliver your orders in a secure, efficient, and timely manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes our terms, carrier partnerships, processing steps, delivery timelines, and the responsibilities governing your purchase transactions. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined herein.

2. Order Processing Timelines

All orders undergo authentication and packaging quality checks before shipment:

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on Sunday will commence processing the following business day.
  • Processing Delays: During high-volume promotional sales or holiday events, processing may take up to an additional 48 hours. Any delay will be communicated via Email or SMS.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping on all orders throughout India. We currently do not support international shipping. The estimated transit times are as follows:

*Note: Delivery estimates are indicative and commence from the date of dispatch rather than the order placement. Actual transit times may vary depending on local logistics conditions.

4. Delivery Service Areas & Carriers

We dispatch our shipments using premium courier companies. This ensures that your parcel is tracked and reaches you in pristine condition:

  • Service Range: We ship to over 19,000 pincodes across India. If your address is determined to be non-serviceable by our carrier network, we will contact you within 24 hours of order placement to seek an alternative address or initiate a full refund.
  • Our Logistics Partners: Delivery operations are managed by trusted logistics services, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and India Post. The choice of carrier depends on geographical accessibility and efficiency.

5. Tracking & Delivery Security

We secure all stages of shipment dispatch and customer verification:

  • Real-Time Tracking: A unique tracking ID will be generated and shared via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp immediately upon order dispatch. You can track transit history in real-time on our Track Order page.
  • Security Code (OTP): To protect high-value electronic and clothing parcels, delivery agents may request a secure One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number at the time of delivery. Please do not share this OTP with the agent until you are physically handed the box.

6. Unboxing Video Requirement (Legal Protection)

IMPORTANT: Mandatory Requirement for Damage Claims

To safeguard transactions against in-transit theft or damage, you must record a continuous unboxing video starting from when you cut open the outer courier bag until the product is fully unpacked and inspected. This video must be unedited, showing the shipping label clearly. Without an unboxing video, MEXAROSSA reserves the absolute legal right to reject claims for missing parts, structural damage, or wrong items delivered.

7. Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)

We attempt deliveries systematically. If the parcel cannot be delivered:

  • Delivery Attempts: The logistics courier will make up to three attempts to deliver the parcel. The carrier will contact you via phone or SMS prior to these attempts.
  • RTO Trigger: If you remain unreachable, refuse the shipment (for prepaid orders), or provide an incorrect address, the package will be returned to our warehouse as a Return to Origin (RTO).
  • Redelivery Charges: In the event of an RTO caused by wrong delivery instructions or customer unavailability, a reshipping fee of ₹150 may be levied to process the subsequent redelivery attempt.

8. Force Majeure & Transit Restrictions

MEXAROSSA is not legally liable for shipment delays, losses, or failure to perform delivery due to occurrences beyond our reasonable control, commonly termed Force Majeure. This includes, but is not limited to: natural calamities (floods, earthquakes), extreme weather disruptions, regional strikes, courier hub lockdowns, government transport restrictions, customs clearances, or unexpected systemic transit blockades.
