1. Policy Overview

At MEXAROSSA, we strive to offer a fair, transparent, and legally compliant returns mechanism. Under consumer protection guidelines, we provide a 7-day window to request returns or exchanges. This policy outlines customer rights, procedures, return conditions, exclusions, and refund timelines.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund or product replacement, your return must satisfy all of the following conditions:

  • Time Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
  • Product State: The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same pristine condition as received.
  • Packaging & Tags: All original retail packaging, brand tags, warranty cards, manuals, dust bags, and accessories must be returned intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order invoice, receipt, or transaction reference number must be provided.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement (Legal Protection)

Mandatory Clause for Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is physically damaged, tampered with, has leaked, or has missing contents, you must record a continuous unboxing video. The video must start by showing the uncut outer shipping label, followed by the complete opening process and inspection of the products. This video must be unedited and recorded in one continuous shot.MEXAROSSA reserves the right to reject returns or refund claims for damages if no unboxing video is provided, as it is required by our transit insurance providers to verify carrier liability.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, regulatory compliance, and safety standards, certain items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Personal Care & Beauty: Skincare, cosmetics, hair extensions, and personal care products once the protective seal has been broken or packaging has been opened.
  • Intimate Wear: Innerwear, sandos, vests, swimsuits, socks, and related undergarments due to strict health regulations.
  • Sale / Clearance: Custom-made products, personalized orders, gift vouchers, and products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Physical Software / Subscriptions: Software licenses, digital downloads, and activation keys.

5. Return Initiation Process

Step 1: Lodge Request
Email us at support@mexarossa.com or call 98363 90779 with your Order ID, proof of purchase, details of the item(s) to return, and the required unboxing video/photos.

Step 2: Return Authorization
Our quality team will review your request within 24-48 business hours. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and arrange return logistics.

Step 3: Return Logistics & Pickups
We will schedule a reverse pickup through our logistics network at no cost to you if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. For sizing exchanges or buyer's remorse returns, a return shipping and processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your final refund amount. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you must self-ship the parcel to our business address, and we will reimburse you up to ₹100 upon verification of the shipping invoice.

6. Quality Inspection & Verification

Upon arrival at our fulfillment center, returned packages undergo a thorough physical quality inspection by our warehouse team within 3 to 5 business days. We verify that serial numbers (for electronics), brand tags, and conditions match our dispatch logs. MEXAROSSA reserves the right to reject refunds or send the product back to you if the returned product shows signs of use, scent, damage not caused in transit, missing components, or mismatching serial numbers.

7. Refund Disbursement & Timelines

Once the return passes our quality inspection, we will approve the refund. The refund amount will be settled back to you:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited directly to your original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days from the inspection date.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer (NEFT) or secure UPI payment links. You will receive a secure portal link via email to submit your bank account details. The refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days of submitting valid details.
  • Bank Posting Delays: Please note that financial institutions and banks can take an additional 3 to 7 business days to post the credit to your account ledger.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

This Return & Refund Policy, and all commercial transactions on the site, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of, or in connection with, your purchases or return claims, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
